Resolution-contact NSK bearings seal problems

(3) seal
① type oil seal within the main to prevent grease overflow, permissible circumferential speeds determined by the seal material, generally used to sliding contact surface speed is less than 10m/s (journal for finishing) or less than 15m/s (axle journal grinding).
② double lip oil seals to prevent lubricant spillage and dust intrusion, permissible circumferential speeds determined by the seal material, application rate within the ordinary type oil seal.
③ outward type ordinary main oil seal to prevent dust intrusion, allowing circular speed determined by the seal material, applicable rate within normal oil seal.
4) sealed ring sealed sealed ring like piston ring, placed in with ring slot of sleeve (and axis together turned) and NSK bearing cover (still pieces) round hole Zhijian, the contact surface are needed hardened processing and polished; sealed requirements not high Shi can only with a ring, requirements high Shi available 2~4 a ring; sealed ring with with chrome of wear cast iron manufacturing, can for sliding speed is less than 100m/s occasions; in sliding speed for 60~80m/s range within, also available tin bronze manufacturing of sealed ring.
