The RE100 roll texturing cleaner developed by Qingdao Doublestar Machinery Co.,Ltd recently successfully passed the test by the user in Tianjin. The newly developed cleaner filled a gap in domestic industry.
The RE100 roll texturing cleaner was specially-designed for a precision steel rolling company in Tianjin. It is mainly used to remove the rusts, welding slag on the surface of the rollers to gain certain roughness. Before this development, the cleaning work was done artificially. So the efficiency is low and the quality can not be guaranteed. This user in Tianjin searched for an equipment which can substitute manual cleaning. Finally they turned to Oingdao Double Machinery Cooperation and asked them to develop specially-used roll texuring cleaner for them. After receiving the order, the technicians of DoubleStar faced two problems, one is there is no such product for reference in China; for the other it is hard to decide the roughness after cleaning. Through checking information from home and abroad and consulting the concerned experts, they overcame two technological problems and successfully developed the RE100 roller texuring cleaner after works of 30 days and nights.
