Jan.12, XAB convened their first managing staffs' conference after their reorganization with TSB. The theme of this conference is to improve products' quality.
In the course of the conference, leaders of XAB and TSB showed their opinions respectively. Mr. Ding yi, chairman of TSB, said:"When it comes to quality, the first thing we should be clear about is the general quality of all our competitors. XAB have formed scaled and diversified production but lack of certain merit in their products. So XAB have little competitive advantages over its opponents. It's not the time to talk something about marketing until we improved our quality."
From the XAB party, Mr. Mao sujia, president of XAB, said:"Not only should we keep our market share in China, but the more important thing is to increase our market share abroad. To hit this target, quality is the first challenge. At the beginning of XAB-TSB reorganization, we have been awared of this and it was TSB's favourable overseas channel that attracted us mostly. Of course, withour reliable quality, favourable channel is nothing. So we are expected to improve quality managing system and produce the quality bearings."
After that conference, every staffs began to redefine their former quality standard. Every one knows that a quality reformation will be launched. They all are willing to pull their weight to fulfill this quality reformation as soon as possible.
Just like Mr.Gao shaobing, chairman of XAB, had said:"I believe that we XABer can win this battle of quality and make our products popular in world spindle markets."
