On April 20, 2012, Miao Jianping, director general of Propaganda Department of Fujian Provincial Party Committee, and Wen Zongshan, the deputy investigator, visited Fujian Longxi Bearing (Group) Corporation, accompanied by personnel from Propaganda Department of Zhangzhou Municipal Party Committee to give advices on the construction work of enterprise culture. Miao and his entourage visited the company's 50th anniversary photo exhibition, conducted field survey to the R & D center and production plant, and then made in-depth exchanges and communication with Zeng Fanpei, party secretary and chairman of Longxi Bearing, Zhang Taisheng, deputy party secretary of Longxi Bearing, and others about the construction and evaluation work of enterprise culture as well as aspects. Miao highly endorsed the viewpoint of "Let enterprise culture lead the development" raised by Zeng, and fully affirmed the efforts that Longxi had made to the construction and evaluation work of enterprise culture. He further expressed the hope that Longxi Bearing would learn from the advanced practices of the first-class enterprises both at home and abroad, so as to better play the strong role of "soft power", i.e., enterprise culture, and lay a good culture foundation for promotion of good and fast development.
