The ZWZ Skill Qualification Identification Institution, founded in 1999, was a state authorized formal Professional Skill Identifying Institution. So far, there were almost 8000 technical staffs who worked as latheman, electrician, locksmith, grinder and so on, got their professional qualification diploma there. In addition, the institution had decided to further diversify their identify available professional skill, so that staffs who worked in the uncommon position also could got their professional qualification diplomas.
Strict identifying process make the outcome more reliable
In the course of identification, leaders and relevant staffs of HR dept. will attend to make sure that no cheat exist. So far, no cheat has ever been found.
Skill-based income promotion system encouraging staffs learning more
ZWZ Skill Qualification Identification Institution further classified the qulification diploma into 5 groups: junior, middle, senior, technician, senior technician. Higher diploma level means higher income.
