Product-mix Rejuvenate LYC Large Bearing Factory
Since the beginning of this year, through adjusting product-mix, LYC Large Bearing Factory have strengthened their efforts in developing high value-added products and mass production, meeting the demand to the largest extent, improving economic benefits.
In the past, the factory specialized in low value-added products and small scale production. Productive efficiency had been hindered, monthly output staying in a lower level. In order to get out of such embarrassment, the factory began to explore market in partnership with external sales departments based on the principle of "Orders drive factory, production integrate with marketing" at the beginning of this year. As a result, they have received a large number of bulk orders, output for deep goove ball bearings increased by more than 60%.
Facing with the increasing orders for dgb bearings and their scarcity in facilities, the technical staffs played an important role in equipment reshaping, overcoming the difficulty of processing two types of bearings on the same machine.
Through products-mix adjusting and technical transformation, productive efficiency of the factory have been highly improved.
