President of SKF China won Shanghai Government

On September 8, Mr. Magnus Johansson, President of SKF China, won the Magnolia Award presented by Shanghai Municipal Government.

The Magnolia Award is the highest honour that Shanghai Government confers to non-Chinese citizen in Shanghai. Having Mr. Johansson winning the Award underlines SKF's long term commitment to the development of Shanghai. Mr. Li Mingjun, Director of Foreign Affairs Office, Shanghai Municipal Government, presented the Award to Mr. Johansson and other 44 winners of the year.

Mr. Johansson joined SKF in 1981 and has worked in several managerial positions in SKF Group. Mr. Johansson is the President of SKF China since 2005, living in Shanghai since then.

The Magnolia Award was established in 1989 with the aim to award non-Chinese citizen with extraordinary contribution to the development of Shanghai society and economy.
