Recently, commissioned by Henan Provincial Science & Technology Department, Luoyang Science & Technology Bureau has organized experts to make technical achievements appraisal for "Key Technology Researching of CNC Machine Tool Spindle Speed Precision Ceramic Ball Bearing" from ZYS.
This project comprehensively took the effects of bearing fatigue life / life expectancy, axial rigidity / average rigidity, average resistance / total resistance and other parameters into consideration, meanwhile fully analyzed & calculated the overall performance based on various parameters. Besides, this project adopted orthogonal experimental optimization design method in the process of developing bearing optimization designing software, thus to form six related invention patens and nine utility model patents.
The implementation of this project will make Chinese CNC machine tool high-speed precision spindle bearing achieve the comprehensive upgrading & updating, furthermore to form the domestic leading R & D base and production base of high-speed precision machine tool bearings.
