Police in Ezhou Uncovered an Very Large Case of the Sale of Counterfeit Famous Brand Bearings

The reporter learned from the police in Ezhou, Hubei province that the police had destroyed the criminal gang of selling counterfeit bearings, sized 10 suspects, destroyed 4 dens of sales and stock, and sized more than 10,000 pieces of fake bearings.

On May 2nd, the police in Ezhou received the case from Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce. According to the case, a company in Ezhou city had sold LYC brand bearings with the value of more than RMB 150,000 to Sichuan Coal Group Furong Company from May to Jun, 2012. After identification, the batch of bearings is counterfeit LYC bearings.

Then, the police in Ezhou set up special investigation tean. The law-enforcement personnel of the police and Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce has visited the company in Hubei for several times and found that the price of their LYC bearings were 40% lower than the market. After the identification and reorganization of Luoyang LYC Bearing Company, all the products were fake.

Currently, the actual controller Hou and legal representative Li of the company have been captured and brought to justice.
