Pinnacle Energy Corp. Plans to Manufacture and Sell Component Parts in China

Pinnacle Energy Corp. announces that on March 5, 2010, it has changed its name to Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. The Company's new stock symbol is TPAC. The stock ticker change has gone into effect for the trading community on Friday, March 5, 2010.

Mr. McKay stated, "We have completed our name change to reflect our new core business focus as we recently completed the acquisition of the aircraft component part design, engineering and manufacturing business of Harbin Aerospace Company, LLC."

Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company plans to use its proprietary aerospace bearing technologies to manufacture and sell component parts for both new and used commercial aircraft, initially through a joint venture in China. The component parts are referred to as self-lubricating spherical bearings and they help with several flights critical tasks.
