PBC Linears Announces Switch from Steel to Aluminum

PBC Linear announced a material change in the following product line: Simplicity Flange Mount Die Sets (SDS, DDS, & PAC Series).

Due to rising material costs, PBC made the decision to switch manufacturing of the Flange Mount Die Set housings from steel to aluminum to prevent further increases in prices to customers. Currently, PBC is manufacturing the bearings in both steel and aluminum. Steel is considered the premium product, but prices have increased.
