Overview of China Auto Industry's Sales and Output in Feb.

In Feb. sales and output of auto industry were kept in a steady level. Output expanded a little while sales met a slight decline. Generally, both output and sales grew at a higher speed than the same period last year.

Output of auto were over 530,000, 0.93% higher than last month and 58.71% higher than the same period last year. Auto sold were 480,000, 9.69% lower than last month; 50.66% higher than the same period last year.

For passenger cars, output were 380,000, 3.59% lower than last month and 75.45% higher than last February; sales were 340,000, 17.80% lower than last month and 61.46% higher than last February.

For commercial cars, output were 150,000, 14.40% higher than last month and 28.03% higher than last February; sales were 140,000, 20.53% higher than last month and 28.76% higher than last February.
