Recently, the product of Zhejiang Changsheng Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd---Steel Matrix Copper Alloys Embedded Solid Lubricant Bearing and its manufacturing technique has been awarded as national invention patent with the patent No. of ZL 2007 1 0066851.6.

The invention is not only provided with features of high load-carrying capacity of steel matrix materials and high impact resistance, but also has the features of low friction coefficient and wear-resistance of copper alloys embedded solid lubricant bearing, which can save about 70% nonferrous metals and is a good product for upgrading. The product can be widely used in engineering machinery, hoisting machinery, transferring roller, Plastic Injection Molding Machine, and other high precision mold, etc. with broad application foreground.

The product will become a new point of economic growth for Changsheng Sliding Bearing Company. It is expected that the sales will reach CNY 13 million per year, and make the profit of CNY 2.6 million.
