Omega Renk Bearings to launch the First Solar Power Plant

Omega Renk Bearings Pvt. Ltd.(ORB), a leading manufacturer of white metal lined sleeve bearings, today announced that the company is going to make its foray into Green Power Generation through their Solar Power Plant, the first of its kind in India to be cleared for direct feeding into 33KV grid of the M.P. Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd. The Panels would be inaugurated on December 16 at Khajuri Khurd, Raisen Road, Bhopal.

Omega Renk Bearings Pvt Ltd., a sub-supplier and partner of RENK AG, Werk Hannover, Germany is entering into Solar Energy Production with 2 Solar Panels- Sun Carrier 6.0 Photovoltaic Tracking System. This intelligent system is supplied by a+f Gmbh, Germany, a member of the Deckel Maho Gildemeister Group.
