NTN Visit Zhejiang Bahuan Bearing for Inspection
From Sept. 22 to 23, experts from NTN Corporation visited Zhejiang Bahuan Bearing Co.,Ltd for some inspection and reached an agreement to carry out cooperation in future.
NTN experts were introduced present condition of the company by Mr. Chen zhenlin, general manager of Bahuan company. Then, they toured the workplaces accompanied by company leaders. In the workplace, the experts scrutinized the 6S's performance, craft of rings' cold rolling, quality of the cold-rolled rings, temperature control of heat-treatment furnace, atmosphere control, performance of grinding machines etc.
In addition, NTN experts asked carefully about the company's capacity, personnel composition, clients feedback etc, having talk with staffs in managerial, technical and quality control departments about way and target of the cooperation. At last, both parties discussed on an extensive scale the production management, cost reduction, technological development, quality improvement etc.
After communication, both parties have reached a concensus in further collaboration. It is expected that NTN will assign experts to Bahuan company to guide them in technological and quality improvement from middle Oct. on.
Zhejiang Bahuan Bearing Co.,Ltd specialize in producing small bearings, including motorcycle engine bearings, automobile bearings, bearings for household appliance etc. Their motorcycle engine crankshaft bearing seize more than 25 percent of domestic market shares.
The company has passed ISO9002, QS9000/VDA6.1, ISOTS16949 and ISO14001 in succession. Their annual capacity are 30 million sets.
