NTN On-site Inspection by the Japan Fair Trade Commission

NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) was the target of an on-site inspection conducted by the Japan Fair Trade Commission on July 26, 2011, on the grounds of violation of the Japan Antimonopoly Act related to the bearing business.

NTN is committed to complying with both the letter and the spirit of laws and regulations, carrying out our business activities in an open and honest manner, and is taking this on-site inspection seriously and with the greatest of concern.

NTN will continue cooperating with the Japan Fair Trade Commission inspection.
