NTN Launches Refreshed e-Commerce Platform with Catalog Integration
Mt. Prospect, IL – NTN Bearing Corporation of America has launched an extensive update to its NTN Distributor On-Line (D.O.L) e-commerce system, including direct integration with NTN’s innovative online catalog Bearing Finder.
The updates to the e-commerce platform include:
A Live Chat feature, allowing customers to easily communicate with an NTN Customer Relations representative
Richer product information and content to better aid buying decisions
Connection with NTN’s Bearing Finder online catalog
A better search tool powered by industry part numbers to guarantee users can locate the exact part they need
User-specific experiences, with links to frequently ordered parts, ordering history, and shipping tracker
“We are always striving for the best user experience in the industry with our D.O.L e-Commerce platform,” said David White, Director of Industrial Marketing, NTN. “This connection between Bearing Finder and online ordering makes it easier for our distributors to make fast and accurate buying decisions. They can find the exact part they need and go directly to D.O.L to order it.”
“The Live Chat feature is an industry first, allowing our customers to connect quickly with an NTN Customer Relations Advocate while logged into the site,” said Linda Neuman, Director of Customer Relations, NTN. “We highly encourage all of our distributors to either signup or log back in to D.O.L to try out this and the other easy to use features.”
Any current NTN distributors can either use their existing credentials to log in to D.O.L or register for new credentials at www.NTNDOL.com. NTN will be holding two instructional webinars to highlight the updated platform. The first will take place September 8 at 3:00 PM CDT, and the second will be held on September 15 at 10:00 AM CDT. Distributors and D.O.L users can sign up to take the training here.
NTN Bearing Finder Updated to Include Needle Roller Bearings
NTN also announced the addition of Needle Roller Bearings to the Bearing Finder platform, adding over 2,000 part numbers to the innovative catalog tool.
Bearing Finder is hosted on a responsive, proprietary platform that offers a customizable part search tool, interactive and downloadable CAD illustrations, comprehensive part interchanges, and exhaustive data sets.
