NTN Change to Company Holidays

(June 29, 2011)

NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) plans to incorporate the following changes to company holidays during this summer period in an attempt to limit peak electricity consumption while still attending to all needs of customers.

These changes may cause an inconvenience to certain groups of people, including customers or local residents, however NTN appreciates your full cooperation with these energy-saving changes.

1.Period that changes apply
July 1 (Fri), 2011 to September 30 (Fri), 2011

2.Details of changes



* Business sites other than those listed above, such as the Headquarters and Industrial Business Headquarters (Kuwana Works, engineering departments and sales offices) will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday as per normal.

* The changes listed above are current, however further changes may be made, including over long weekends and long holiday seasons.
