NTN Buzztime Announces Partnership With Canadian Broadcasting

NTN Buzztime, Inc. (NTN) on Monday said it entered into a partnership with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The company noted that Buzztime and CBC are joining forces to cross-promote the popular CBC game show Test the Nation on the Buzztime Network.

As part of the agreement, CBC's Test the Nation is challenging armchair athletes across Canada to play Buzztime's sports trivia game Sports IQ at local bars and restaurants. The top 6 scorers between January 7 and February 11 will win a slot to compete as a team on an upcoming Test the Nation Trivia game show broadcasting this spring. The contest will be advertised on the Buzztime Network throughout Canada, and will also be promoted on-air on the CBC network.
