Workers at NTN-Bower in Hamilton have been on strike since last Wednesday after months of contract negotiations with the international company.

HAMILTON - Workers at NTN-Bower in Hamilton have been on strike since last Wednesday after months of contract negotiations with the international company.

The plant makes tapered roller bearings for companies such as Caterpillar, Kenworth and John Deere. The workers have been without a contract for the last 16 months Barry Reid said. The plant has been in Hamilton for 34 years.
