NSK will Acquires Full Ownership of Timken-NSK Bearings (Suzhou) Co., Ltd

On June.12, Deputy Secretary, CPC Work Committee Hu Zhengming led a delegation to visit Japan to recruit foreign investment. They paid a visit to NSK Japan Corporation and were told that NSK will acquire other 50 % shareholding in Timken-NSK Bearings (Suzhou) Co., Ltd from Timken. That is to say, Timken-NSK Bearings (Suzhou) Co., Ltd will be fully owned by NSK and renamed as NSK Bearings (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd.





The Timken-NSK Bearings (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., located in the historic city of Suzhou, is a 50-50 joint venture established by NSK Ltd. and The Timken Company in Jan. 2004 to manufacture tapered roller bearing products for the automotive industry.

After this stock ownership transfer, NSK will make a big investment in NSK Bearings (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd and make it to be its second largest subsidiary in Suzhou.
