NSK Precision America Introduce New MR Series Robot Module

NSK Precision America is pleased to introduce their new MR Series Robot Module. This new module has been designed to allow users the high quality, flexibility and speed needed for today precision automation applications.

For flexibility, these modules are ready for users to attach various motors, right out of the box. Motor choices include NEMA 23 & 34 and 60mm Frame Metric Motors. The modules are assembled domestically in Franklin, IN for quick turnaround time. Many commonly used sizes are in stock for fast shipment and custom sizes are available.

NSK module uses patented K1 Lubrication on the Ball Screws, Linear Guides and Monocarriers for maintenance- free operation. Quality NSK components ensure a high level of mechanical reliability. The result is a system with high rigidity, long life and smooth motion. The unit is also equipped with a seal belt for dust proofing.

The Robot Modules are suitable for various automation applications in the semiconductor, electronic, and medical industries as well as the automated assembly and production areas. The module is offered in two and three axis models. CAD files are available to download on PartSolutions.com.
