NSK bearings with grease lubrication, should pay attention to what the principles

Lubricating grease is grease directly between movement of the bearing surface and coating. But working in the Raceway of rolling NSK bearings and sliding surfaces when you enter the grease, you must adhere to the following 5 principles:
　　(1) the grease must be run through the working surfaces of the bearing and bearing internal clearance before the full of grease lubrication.
　　(2) in the rolling bearing working surface should retain a certain quantity of grease, and sustained a certain amount of time, but they have to prevent excessive loss of lubricating greases.
　　(3) input and discharge flow of lubricating greases echo seal requirements, which is conducive to intrusion of dirt discharge.
　　(4) to ensure a good lubrication of the premise, to minimize the amount of grease.
　　(5) open exit hole in the grease flow to the end, so that additional greases can crowd out the old grease, ensure good lubrication. Special reminder, at the time of the bearing with grease lubrication, do pay attention to NSK bearing grease for operating temperature range, if not at the right temperature range, then the effect will be counterproductive.
