NSK bearings heat for a lot of reasons, but classified roughly as follows: bent or box low precision bearings, spindle hole is not concentric, poor belt too tight, lubricated, low Assembly quality, NSK bearing shell in running circles, is too large for the axial bearing damage.
Its concrete solutions to one of the following:
1, check the cooling water pressure, flow and pipe systems are normal. If low water pressure may be filter clogged, not processed in a timely manner, can shut down, when the confirmation work, again put into use.
2, Governor oil pressure should be checked, if oil pressure may lead to cooling water hydraulic valve is closed.
3, check for abnormal noise NSK bearings, and swing of NSK bearings has exception is detected.
4, take oil samples observation of oil color is changing, and tests to see if spoilage. If confirmed when the deterioration, downtime should be replaced with new oil.
5, check oil oil level is normal, if normal, check whether the tank Vent valve close. If you have already rolled, oil to be filled, if it is a sealant gasket oil leakage, should stop processing.
