NRB Bearings to declare FY 2009 results by Jun 30, 2009

NRB Bearings Ltd has announced that the Company will not be presenting the unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 as the Company will by end June 2009 hold a Board Meeting to consider audited results and dividend for the year ended March 31, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.80, up by Rs.2.35 or 6.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.75 and low of Rs.36.30.

The total traded quantity was 5218 compared to 2 week average of 1737.
