Notice of SKF Singapore Company Name Change

With effect from the 1st April, 2008, our Company name is changed:

from: SKF South East Asia & Pacific Pte Ltd
to : SKF Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

It should be noted that only a change of Company name has been effected and that all other details and structure of the Company remain the same.

All contracts entered into with the Company prior to the change of name remain in full force and effect and will not require amendment or substitution.

Our bank account numbers remained unchanged, only the beneficiary name changes to SKF Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
