Notice of Organizational Change and Personnel Changes

We (Minebea Co., Ltd.) hereby announce that the following organizational and personnel changes have been made:

1. Organizational Change

Effective April 1, 2008, we will newly create the Rod-End and Fastener Business Unit by integrating the Rod-End Business Unit and the Fastener Business Unit.
