Nippon Oil Put Their Guangzhou Facotry into Production

After one year's construction, the largest Japan-funded lubricant factory have put into production on Nov. 1 in Nansha district, Guangzhou. It is reported that annual output of the factory can reach 27,000 kl, investment in it hit USD17 million.

According to the insiders, operation of this facotry will be vital to development of auto, steel, shipbuilding industries in Guangzhou and north China.

Local media reported that Nippon Oil Guangzhou Lubricant Co.,Ltd is the largest Japan-funded lubricant factory in China. The company was formed by two Japanese enterprises, Nippon Oil Corporation, controlling 90% shares, and Meiwa Corporation, taking 10% shares.

Nippon Oil have built a lubricant factory in Tianjin. Now this two factories can meet 1.6% of China's lubricant demand, annual output reaching 82,000 kl.
