After completed the registration of its owned enterprise in Vietnam , Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd recently has started to develop Vietnamese market for its WT bearing products. At the beginning of its establishment, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd was just a small workshop with about 10 employees, now it has become a well-known enterprise in bearing industry whose annual production value could reach nearly billion yuan, meanwhile Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd has been focusing on the enterprise's science & technology development which played an important role in enhancing the market position of "WT".
With the strong science & technology strength, many enterprises made high-end development strategy, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd was also no exception. The company was founded in 1999, mainly produced plain bearings in the beginning. In the beginning of this century when the industry profit was quite significant at that time, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd began to implement products transformation project, rasied money to develop MF,MR and other special miniature bearings. Besides, the company carried out differentiation competitive strategy, and obtained many orders from Japan Canon and other world famous companies. Benefited a lot by implementing this strategy, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd has put more emphasize on development of new products after gradually expanded its strength, what's more, the company signed close cooperation agreement with Hunan University, and also introduced a large number of scientific researching talents to research & develop new products. Starting from this year, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd invested another five million yuan for establishing the High-performance Precision Bearing Engineering & Technology Center, which could research & develop wear high-temperature bearings, conducting bearings, dust-proof bearings and other kinds of high-performance new products. The new products which were successfully developed have been recognized by Japan Canon, Japan Fuji Xerox and other world well-known enterprises. Up to now, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd have owned one invention patent, five utility model patents, fourteen design patents, meanwhile the company has been identified as "Science & Technology Enterprise in Ningbo".
Focus on management performance, enhance enterprises' internal competitiveness. Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd has laid emphasize on the management innovation, implemented ERP information management, and invited engineers from high-tech energy-saving service center to solve the exsiting issues of the company, additionally, the comapny has carried out many measures to save costs and enhance the price competitiveness of their products, such as, replace the original products with energy-saving lamps, frequency energy-saving, etc. At the same time, the company planned to invest five million yuan to continuously introduce four advanced automatic production line from July to September, then the accuracy & efficiency of the production in the company could be improved after introducing the advanced bearing manufacturing equipment & producing process. It is estimated that the introduction of automated line will make the monthly production capacity increase by 1.5 million sets, the production cycle will also be shortened within seven days from the original fifteen days, meanwhile the labour will be reduced by 50%, electricity & fuel consumption could be reduced by 20% as the products quality has been improved. Moreover, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd began to selectively recieve orders, gradually phased out the production of some traditional products with the high-energy consumption & backward technology.
