As the strong demanding of civil and military markets for roller bearing with nominal diameter less than 3mm, the existing grinding machine for bearing ring can hardly meet the multiple requirement of ultra-miniature bearing in processing accuracy, efficiency, cost, energy consumption and environmental protection as for the limit of structure, space and energy consumption etc.
In the consideration of the key function of miniature bearings in special application, the impact of bearing ring grinding process for the quality of bearings and also the problems of existing grinding machine for bearing ring, it is of great importance to occupy the key position of technique and market by doing deep researches in grinding process technique of miniature roller bearing and developing related equipments for the sustainable development of the national economy and guarantee for major and extreme applications.
Currently, the process technique of miniature bearing ring mainly includes lathing ,boring and grinding. The existing grinding machine of bearing ring is produced and developed for comparative large-sized bearings. Although it can meet the requirements for processing roller bearing with nominal diameter of more than or equal to 3mm, it has the shortages like big volume and power, high energy consumption and no processing for smaller bearing rings.
Therefore the company has made great efforts in accelerating the introduction and training of the related talents and enhancing independent innovation capability.
