New Machinery Bearing Independently Developed by LYC Launched off Assembly Line

Recently, the new machinery bearing independently developed by LYC has successfully launched off the assembly line, which filled the gap for LYC.

This kind of product is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, petrochemical, water conservancy & hydropower, light industry, construction, transportation and other industries with broad market prospect. The service life for such bearing has been difficult to meet requirements in the relevant industry due to its feature of eccentric and large vibration impact. At present, the development for this kind of bearing is still in its beginning stage in China. To break the situation for relying on import, LYC established special project team to breakthrough this new machinery bearing at the beginning of this year, through one-year efforts, the project team made a number of optimization for product design as the actual condition requirements. In the meanwhile, LYC also made breakthrough in key technology, applied for the national patent with the independent intellectual property.

Now, the first batch of machinery bearing has successfully launched off assembly line with each technical indicator reached design requirements. The successful development of this kind of bearing marked that LYC has advanced R & D capabilities in relevant products' field, which will also provide adequate technical support for LYC to enter market.
