New High-performance Lubricant from Honeywell
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is being used widely in fields of door-window materials, fences, tubes, films, plank stuff and constructing materials. Moreover, requirements to the processing technics are higher and higher. Honeywell Specialty Materials Group recently introduced the new high-performance lubricant for PVC via domestic media. This kind of lubricants can offer the lubricating solutions and help realize friendly-environment production.
Honeywell launches new lubricants for PVC available online 28 December 2004.Till now, the group has expanded the lubricant rangs from four standard prescriptions to over ten. At the same time, they produce custom lubricants according to the special requirements.
With excellent outer-lubricating performance, Honeywell lubricants obviously reduce melting viscosity and temperature. Most PVC producers operate extrusding-machine effectively. Incipient cure,fading, out-seperation, the maintenance intervals and power cost would be reduced and the waste rate was maximally reduced too. Finally the products output and the surface performance of the products were improved.
Mr Huang Tiansong said that China was one of the most important markets in the world for Honeywell Specialty Materials Group.They would continually bring in new products and technology to China market. At the same time they would enhance the investment of technology-developing in the fields of plastic additives and set up special technology-developing group, so as to better serve the local customers.
