New Compound Material Substitute for Some Bearings

Recently, Jizhou Hongtai Metal Compound Material Factory developed a new bimetal wear-resisting material, only 0.8mm in thickness, which can be used as a substitute for some kinds of bearings. The material has undergone quality examination by National Machinery Product Inspection Center, proved to be a ideal substitute for imported equivalents.

This material is produced by steel sheet both sides coated with copper powder, undergoing sintering. Various components can be made from this material, like liner for hydraulic pump on construction machines, parts for compressor of air-conditioners, self-lubrication axial liner etc.

So far, Jizhou Hongtai is the first company producing such a bimetal material in China.

Jizhou Hongtai Metal Compound Material Factory, situated in Hebei province, was founded in 1996. They mainly produce various bimatel material and parts for automobile, ship, construction machine, axial liner, sleeve etc.
