New CC Type Self-aligning Roller Bearings with Pressed Cage from CMLBT


Recently, China Machinery Luoyang Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. (CMLBT) successfully developed the domestic largest self-aligning roller bearing with pressed cage for a well-known foreign company. The ID of the bearing is 630mm and the OD is 920mm. The ID of the largest self-aligning roller bearing pressed cage produced in China was only 360mm in the past.

CC self-aligning roller bearing with pressed cage features higher-load capacity, equal distribution of strains, impact resistance, higher-limit speed, lower friction and longer service life when comparing with MB and CA self-aligning roller bearing with solid cage.

CC pressed cage is usually for medium or small-sized self-aligning roller bearing in the domestic market. As to the large-size or extra-large size bearing, MB and CA metal solid cages were adopted. The CC pressed cage with an OD of 400mm and sheet thickness of 7mm can not be manufactured due to poor manufacturing facilities and pressed technology. However, China Machinery Luoyang Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. broke through the restriction and developed domestic largest self-aligning roller bearing series with pressed cage.
