Mr. Shi Jichun Inspected the Work of the Energy-Saving and Emission-Reducing from LYC

In the morning of September 14, the vice governor of Henan province Shi Jichun, accompanied by municipal vice secretary & mayor of Luoyang, Guo Hongchang, vice secretary Li Xingtai, and other relevant leaders went to LYC company, they made special investigations on the development of LYC and the work of energy-saving & emission-reducing.



Together with the president & general manager of LYC , Chen Guozhen, and deputy manager Li Mengxi, Shi Jichun and other leaders visited the provincial key projects which are full industry upgrading of heat treatment technical rebuilding site and technical rebuilding project of wind power bearing ring forging. First-class equipment, advanced technology and automated production line impressed Shi Jichun. At the same time, Chen Guozhen reported the producing & operating situation of the enterprise to Shi Jichun, he also introduced the working situation in the company, such as, adhered to the scientific development, continued to expand the technical innovation, eliminated the backward producing capacity, accelerated the energy-saving & emission-reducing etc. Shi Jichun completely affirmed the remarkable achievements obtained in accelerating the development of the company and expanding the energy-saving & emission-reducing. Meanwhile he expressed his satisfaction about the technical transformation & innovation, and also enhance the market competitiveness in the enterprise. In addition, Shi Jichun was quite concerned about the reform and development of the company. He hoped that the company should thoroughly implement the important instructions proposed by Hu Jintao during his visit in LYC, furtherly increase the investment in technical transformation & innovation, make the energy-saving as the important starting point of changing the development mode, promote the key projects in energy-saving, improve the technical equipment level of energy-saving, pay close attention to the energy-saving, thus achieve the company and social benefits, realize the strategic objevtive which is to make LYC become the world-class bearing researching, developing & manufacturing base.

According to statistics, in the first eight months of this year, the revenue in LYC increased by 35% compared with the same period of last year, and the comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 13%. It is estimated that LYC will exceed the energy-saving target during the " eleventh-five-year plan" issued by Luoyang government.
