Motion Industries Acquires Massachusetts Bearings Maker

Motion Industries acquired Shuster Corp. for an undisclosed amount, the New Bedford Standard-Times reported.

Spokeswoman Linda Price told the newspaper that Motion Industries plans to change Shuster, a New Bedford, Mass.-based bearings manufacturer.

"They will be operating under their own name, in their plant," Price said. "We have made no plans to make any changes.
