MOS Bearing Form Bearing Technology Institute
Recently, Ningbo MOS Group Corporation and Zhejiang University jointly formed an insititute, Ningbo Bearing Technology Institute. This is the first one formed by private enterprise in Zhenhai district, Ningbo city.
MOS Group specialized in producing upscale miniature and small-sized deep groove ball bearing. As a large bearing manufacturer in Zhenhai district, they have established good relationship with LG, SANYO, Panasonic, Siemens and other world famous enterprises in many fields. Their MOS bearing are well known by customers both at home and abroad.
Together with Zhejiang University, Harbin Institute of Technolgoy, they founded the MOS Bearing Engineering Center in 2000. This center is the base on which the Ningbo Bearing Technology Institute develops.
Since then, technical strength of MOS has been enhanced notably. Of their newly developed products, four were selected as Municiple Excellent Application of Science & Technology; five other ones were received policy support by the government in Zhenhai district. And the center was approved as Municiple Engineering Center in 2001.
The newly formed Bearing Technology Institute is comprised of four departments: developing and research, trial, test and physics feature analyse.
