MISUMI Introduces Assortments of Self-lubricating Linear Bushings (Pic)

Offered in single or double bushing lengths with either flangeless, round, square, or compact mini-flanged styles, MISUMI USA, Inc. Self-Lubricating Linear Bushings are made of high-quality 52100 bearing steel with Duracone M90 or equivalent resin pad cases and retainers and Nitrile rubber seals. Integral fiber pad delivers lubricant to shaft surface through capillary action, maintaining constant lubricating film between ball bearing and shaft. RoHS-compliant products are rated for operation in -20 to +80ºC temperatures.


Linear Bushings are self-lubricating.

MISUMI self-lubricating linear bushings offer up to 3x the rated life span of conventional bushings. They are an ideal, low-maintenance solution for various applications in industry.
