2. For companies such as MISUMI (CHINA) PRECISION MACHINERY TRADING CO.,LTD. whose fiscal years do not end on March 31,
actual sales for Mar 2012 have been included in the above sales figures.
3. On October 31st the company revised its fiscal year of sales forecast of 139.0 billion yen downward to 130.0 billion yen.
