This is to announce the following personnel change affecting an officer has been tentatively approved at our Board of Directors Meeting held May 24, 2012.

The personnel change affecting an officer is to be formally resolved at our 50th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 18, 2012.
