Menon Bearings Ltd appoints M L Shinde as additional director

 The Board of Directors of Menon Bearings Ltd at its meeting held on January 20, 2016, has appointed Mr. M. L. Shinde as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. January 29, 2016 upto January 28, 2021, subject to approval of members in the Annual General meeting of the Company.
