Menon Bearings Adjourns Board Meeting to Consider Results, Dividend

Menon Bearings Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was convened on May 17, 2009.

The Board has approved the minutes of the previous meeting and taken on the record the performance of the Company.

After that, the meeting Adjourn sine die for the adoption of Annual Accounts for the Financial Year 2008-09 and to recommend the dividend if any, for the Financial Year 2008-09.
