B. thrust tile

C. base ring and leveling blocks

D. thrust plate

(2) by the thrust of a key join, keys and keyways are no squeeze marks, keyways as flaw detection inspection no crack. Thrust plate uniform contact with the shoulder and back end, key in the thrust plate of the keyway with suitable, side clearance, clearance and thrust plate and co-ordination between axis meets the design requirements. After Assembly of the thrust disc face runout less than 0.015mm.
(3) when using the hydraulic working inside the thrust structure, you should review the thrust plate hole and shaft surface exposure, check the thrust disc face and shoulder exposure, shall not be less than 80%. The surface free of burrs, scratches, damage, thrust plate with the size of the hole and shaft is not super bad.
(4) the thrust disk thickness in circular deviation is less than 0.01mm.
(5) the gap adjustment gasket for a thrust bearing, should be smooth and flat, thickness along the entire week error is less than 0.01mm.
(6) the oil rings inside and outside diameter combined with suitable, not loose.
(7) clean bearing box, the oil supply hole to coincide with FAG bearing oiling holes, smooth.
