Recently, Maanshan Fangyuan Slewing Ring Co.,Ltd received the mass production high-power wind power project orders from a Germany well-known enterprise, the delivery time only 60 days. Wind power requires high precision slewing ring in the manufacturing process, the machining accuracy control, distortion control, measurement and quality control of the key processes are very strict.
Heavy equipment and new clean energy equipment slewing ring production line and new testing centers guarantee manufacturing tasks completion successfully in such short time. Advanced optimization techniques, efficient and high quality equipment, high-precision measurement, testing methods, and a strong Cooperative support and independent R & D research efforts track entire process and lean production.
During wind power product manufacturing, the company takes full advantage of slewing bearing testing center, to detect the tooth on-line, in use of coordinate measuring instrument to check machining geometric tolerance, thus ensuring quality of the processing control requirements. The slewing ring testing center, not only ensure the checks of the slewing ring performance indicators to meet the design requirements; also guarantees product quality in the process.
The test results showed that the wind power slewing ring assembly inspection rate 100%, and implemented with each of the inner and outer rings, and all detection performance indicators are in line with technical requirements, and 50% higher than the same industry.
Currently, this batch of wind power slewing ring has been successfully delivered to customers.
