LYC Technological Reformation Project of Wind Power Bearing Ring Forgings Put on Stream

In the morning of May 5th, the closely-watched key technological reformation of LYC company-the first class domestic wind power bearing ring forgings technological reformation was tested successfully and started the trial of batch production, which indicated that LYC company will end the passive situation that the extra large ring forgings shorter than 4 meters depends on import. Li Mengxi, the Administrative Deputy General Manager of LYC Company has inspected the trial production on the spot and put forward further requirement on the efficiency and material-saving aim.

Wind Power Bearing Ring Forgings Technological Reformation Project is another import technological reformation project after the investment in wind power bearing for the first time, which was executed to enlarge the wind power production capacity of the company. The project can better meet the requirement of the company on time, period, cost and environment protection.

The production line is automatically controlled by computer. The operator can operate the computer smoothly in the working office to complete the process of forging, stamping and rotary forging, etc. Li Jianluo, the technician who has worked on forging production line for 36 years said,
