LYC' self-developed and manufactured extra large split bearing cage filled a product blank of the company

LYC' self-developed and manufactured extra large split bearing cage rolled off the production line on April 13, which realized one-time fitting and filled another blank in the company product range.

This cage, a matching product for a bearing with special conditions, is provided with personalized requirements such us small resistance, smooth operation, high operating temperature, etc. The R & D team of LYC Bearing Corporation relying on the technology and equipment advantages, has innovated the processing method & technics, and improved the tooling design, thus successfully solved the technical problems including deformation due to stress relief after the split of bearing cage, and dislocation of the two half cages easily occuring during installation which affects bearings' slewing, and greatly improved the machining precision of the product which ensures the success of one-time assembly.

With this achievement, LYC ends up being unable to provide extra large split bearing cage in history, and gains strong support to further expand the high-end bearing market.
