LYC Put High Precision Slewing Ring into Mass Production

Recently, Luoyang LYC Bearing NO.031 Plant has begun the trial production of 4 new type high precision slewing rings. At present, nothing is more difficult than producing such slewing rings in China. Statistics shows that Luoyang LYC has been able to put such slewing rings into mass production.

Rapid developing of Chinese machine tool industry, especially the increasingly changed machine structure, lead to higher requirement and great demand of high precision slewing rings. However, the production of this products were hindered by its complex structure, precision level and technical barriars during processing.

Early in 2004, Luoyang LYC Bearing had produced their first slewing ring. In the following days, they constantly improve craft and finally worked out their own processing method.
