LYC Passed the Supervision and Assessment by the Department of Environmental Protection of Henan Province

On March 6, the Hazardous Waste Management Center under the Department of Environmental Protection of Henan Province, visited LYC Bearing Corporation for supervision and assessment, accompanied by the Environmental Protection Agency of Luoyang City and Environmental Protection Agency of Jianxi District.

During the appraisal, the municipal and provincial inspection groups listened to the company report on the current management of the hazardous waste management organizations and the hazardous wastes. Subsequently, the inspection teams carried out contrast checks on 30 key assessment indicators including the normativeness of the hazardous waste storage site, the arrangements of hazardous waste logos, the ledger management for collection and disposal of hazardous wastes, the transfer & disposal procedures of hazardous wastes, the drill records of the emergency preplan for hazardous wastes, etc. Through the inspection, the municipal and provincial inspection groups highly affirmed the company for its hazardous waste management, and put forward ​recommendations on further improvement about this work.
