LYC Introduce New Rolling Mill Bearing

The rolling mill bearing newly designed for a Chinese famous steel maker has fulfilled the test. It is proved that it can successfully replace the previously used import bearings, reported by LYC Tech Department.

The new mill rolling bearing is specially developed for steel rolling production line. Previously, this production line mainly used SKF brand bearings. Now it is approved that the operation life of the new bearing has reached or even exceeded the SKF brand.

After several round of talks with this steel maker, LYC successfully gained the contract to design new bearings to substitute all previously used import bearings.

LYC attach great importance to this project. In order to develop high performance bearings, the specialists from technical department form a group to analyze the reason of bearing failure.
