LYC Bearing Developed Z6/Z7 Steel Ball

Recently, Luoyang LYC Bearing Co.,Ltd successfully developed the Z6/Z7 Class steel ball whose diameter is above 15mm. This can be regarded as a landmark of LYC's steel ball production.

Z6/Z7 Class is the top vibration indicator of bearing products in China. Steel balls with Z6/Z7 Class are usually used in low-noise motor bearings or precision bearings. There are great potential in producing Z6/Z7 steel balls. At present, only few producers have mastered the technology of producing Z6/Z7 steel balls in China.

After a year's developing, Luoyang LYC Bearing ultimately mastered the technology and produced the qualified Z6/Z7 steel balls in their steel ball division. By the way, most steel ball made by LYC Bearing before were Z4 Class products.
